God speaks
"This is God’s way of telling us that He’s almighty and we’re mortal," the man with his ear to heaven continued.
This is Jeb's explanation for Hurricane Charley's destructive force, but it also calls to mind another recent claim from his brother:
"I trust God speaks through me. Without that, I couldn’t do my job."Perhaps God speaks through Bush in the same way that he speaks through hurricanes. W's stupidity and destructiveness certainly put him in the same league.
